🔁 Returns

To request a refund, the customer has a maximum of 1 day after receiving the product to submit a request or claim via email, providing evidence of the issue through photos or videos.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health, personal care, or intimate apparel items

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your proof (photo or video) at info@jbarrelsmoker.com and verify that it meets the conditions for a refund, you will be instructed to send the product to our return address in Miami.

Once our internal logistics team receives the returned product, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically within 5 business days).


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale / Clearance Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Items purchased under “Promotions” or “Clearance” are NON-REFUNDABLE.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@jbarrelsmoker.com with the corresponding proof (photo or video). If approved, our support team will provide instructions and request shipment to Miami, if applicable.


PayPal Disputes

If the customer purchases through PayPal and opens a dispute under the reason “Item Not as Described”, but later wishes to exchange the product for the same item originally purchased or a different product from our store, the customer must cancel the dispute directly in PayPal.

Once the dispute is canceled, our store will be able to generate a new tracking number for the replacement product requested by the customer.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver received the order and later shipped it to you, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

To return your product, you must ship it to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
